1. 數控電腦操作系統，操作簡單、方便、耐用，并有設備保養(yǎng)提示功能。采用德國先進SCP節(jié)能系統和密閉式加硫系統，比傳統加硫機節(jié)能70%以上。
2. 本機采用自動升降推車式設計，省時省力，操作方便，能提高工作效率。雙箱設計，每個箱體都是獨立設計，開關門、時間、溫度、蒸氣、抽真空等均可獨立控制操作，相當于兩臺真空加硫機，使制鞋更靈活、方便，更省電。
3. 采用德國CTU雙循環(huán)除皺系統，經過真空處理，除皺定型效果明顯，細節(jié)處理完美，鞋子更美觀。
4. 采用德國TTM蒸汽軟化系統，全方位蒸汽噴霧裝置設計，鞋子經過軟化→加熱→干燥→抽真空成型，鞋面與楦頭更貼合。
